A Top to Bottom Cleaning includes:

• Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped)

• Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)

• Cobwebs removed

• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped by hand)

• Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

• All Doors and Frames will be hand washed or wiped

• Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w/ attachment)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

• Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)

• Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

• Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

• Stovetop (inside cleaning only) & drip pans scrubbed

• Stove Vent-hood cleaned (excessive grease and dirt requires additional charge)

• All Cabinet fronts washed/wiped by hand (w/ Murphy’s Oil Soap or lemon oil upon request)

• Light switch plates (washed)

• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)

• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

• Mirrors (Entire mirrors will be Windexed)

• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)

• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)

• Beds made or changed if linens are available by bedside

• Stairs vacuumed, wood wiped by hand (upon request Murphy’s Oil Soap)

• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
